Do I need a referral from my dentist to book a consultation?
No referral is needed — you can book a Free Assessment with us directly. Many patients come to us without seeing a dentist first, especially if they’re exploring options like private braces or Invisalign treatment. Our team will assess your suitability for orthodontic care and let you know what’s possible. It’s a simple, no-obligation way to take the first step toward teeth straightening.
-
What’s the difference between the Free Assessment and the Full Consultation?
The Free Assessment is an informal chat with our Treatment Coordinator to explore your options and ask questions. If you’re interested in moving forward, the Full Consultation is a more in-depth process led by a Specialist Orthodontist, involving X-rays, a 3D scan, and a personalised treatment plan. The consultation allows us to map out your full orthodontic treatment and offer clear guidance on timing, costs, and brace types. It’s the foundation of a safe, tailored treatment journey.
-
How long does it take to get started with treatment after my consultation?
Most patients can begin treatment within a few weeks of their consultation. Once you’re happy with your proposed plan — whether it’s fixed braces, ceramic brackets, or Invisalign clear aligners — we’ll book your fitting as soon as possible. We know timing matters, especially for younger patients or those with events coming up. Our goal is to make your start smooth, straightforward, and stress-free.
-
Will I be treated by a Specialist Orthodontist?
Yes — all orthodontic treatment is overseen by a GDC-registered Specialist Orthodontist. This means your care is provided by a highly trained expert with advanced qualifications in teeth straightening and jaw alignment. From braces to Invisalign, every plan is carefully designed and reviewed by a specialist to ensure safety, accuracy, and the best possible results. It’s what sets us apart from general dental providers offering cosmetic straightening.
-
What types of braces or aligners will I be offered?
We offer a full range of modern orthodontic options including metal braces, clear ceramic braces, Iconix (champagne gold) braces, lingual (hidden) braces, and Invisalign clear aligners. During your consultation, we’ll help you understand which options suit your needs, preferences and budget. Each choice comes with its own benefits — and our specialist team will recommend what’s best for your smile and lifestyle. Whether you want discreet aligners or advanced fixed braces, we’ll help you make an informed decision.
-
Are finance options available for orthodontic treatment?
Yes — we offer flexible finance plans, including 0% interest options, to help you spread the cost of your treatment. Whether you’re considering Invisalign or traditional braces, our team will walk you through your payment choices during your consultation. It’s all part of making private orthodontic treatment more accessible and manageable. We believe expert care should be affordable, without compromising on quality.
Your Full Consultation, Tailored to You
If you’re ready to move forward, your next step is a full consultation with one of our Specialist Orthodontists. This includes two appointments: the first involves gathering detailed diagnostic records — such as photos, a digital 3D scan, and X-rays — so we can understand your bite, tooth positioning, and overall oral health. In your second visit, we’ll talk you through a bespoke treatment plan built around your needs, whether that’s traditional braces, discreet ceramic brackets, or Invisalign treatment. We’ll explain how long your teeth straightening journey is likely to take, what’s involved at each stage, and how our payment plans can make private braces more manageable. The consultation fee is £100 — and if you choose to begin treatment, we’ll deduct it from your total cost.
